PR for exhibitors

Here you can find services to support your press and PR activities for the trade, daily and business press during the Tendence.

We offer the following services:

Press display (free of charge)

The Tendence Press Centre is located in the ‘Torhaus’ building, Level 4, of Frankfurt Fair and Exhibition Centre. There, you can present information material, e.g., brochures, press releases, press kits, CD-ROMs, etc., in our press display units, which will be labelled with your company name and stand number. Please note that the max. size for material is A4 and we recommend you provide approx. 100 copies. We will fill and replenish the units for you.

Please note that this service can also be ordered via Easy-Order.

Event coordination (free of charge)

Please let us know if you plan to hold a press conference or similar event on your exhibition stand. We coordinate all exhibitor press events and provide journalists with a list. Please note that you are solely responsible for organising and holding your press event and that we only coordinate the dates and times of the events. If required, we will be pleased to make available a suitable room for your press conference free of charge.

Online press display (at extra cost)

Additionally, you can present your corporate and / or product information on the event website at www.tendence.messefrankfurt.com. Our online press display units can hold as many texts as you require, each with a picture, and must be booked using this form. Your contact details (including company logo) appear beneath each text. All online press display units are listed on a contents page in alphabetical order. Additionally, your texts can also be found via a company or product-group search.

Your message will be available through search engines, news aggregators (Google News, Yahoo!), web portals, professional databases and social media services such as Twitter, Facebook, YouTube etc. That way your customers can easily find your news and special offers on the Internet.

You can also book distribution services for specific trade lists, such as architecture/design, home and garden or livestyle.
