PinPrint

Welcome to PinPrint!

PinPrint is the new digital service from Messe Frankfurt which allows you to print out your files at numerous locations here on the exhibition grounds – directly from your mobile device, regardless of whether it is a laptop, Blackberry or mobile phone.

It's this simple: send the files – then, using the PIN code which you will receive in reply, go to any of our PinPrint stations and pick up your printouts – pay – and that's it!

In order to transmit your file(s) to a PinPrint station, simply send your documents by email to
PinP rint MesseServices .com

You will then receive a PIN code straight away, which you are to give to our staff member at the PinPrint station of your choice. Please also tell them whether you would like to print out the text of the email and/or any attachments to this mail.

In the event that you require multiple copies of a document, please send it to us only once, then specify the number of copies you require at the PinPrint station.

Once the data has been transmitted, you will have 48 hours to pick up your printouts – once your documents have been successfully printed, or this period has expired, your documents will automatically be deleted from our systems.

If you need more than ten prints, please contact the Business Center.

We charge EUR 0.60 for each page printed using this service. Please pay directly at the PinPrint station.

Attached documents are accepted in the following formats:

• Microsoft Office formats such as *.doc, *.xls and *.ppt
• Image formats such as *.gif, *.jpg, *.tif and *.bmp
• PDF files
