Stand rent Tendence 2020

Regular stand rental price

* All squaremetre prices plus EUR 2,90 /m² environment-protection charge, EUR 0,60 /m² AUMA fee and VAT.

Complete Stand Package

The complet stand package price includes the stand rental fee, as well as all of the other elements of stand construction that you need for a successful trade fair presentation, including an electrical connection, cleaning etc.

  • Stand area 4 sqm, 6 sqm or 9 sqm
  • 2.50 m high walls with white skirting boards
  • Carpeting in a choice of colours
  • Electrical hook-up 1–3 kW, incl. 2 sockets
  • Pre-cleaning (further cleaning after 2 days)
  • Tendence media package: Catalogue entry, online presence in all digital fair media and inclusion in
    visitor information system Compass on the fairgrounds during the event

We are pleased to provide you with the service document on this page. In this document, you will find important information on our services and for your trade fair planning at a glance. This allows us to offer you the best possible support for designing and preparing your trade fair appearance.

Things you should know: This new service document replaces the service folder that used to be sent by post. Please be sure to forward this service document or the individual information sheets to everyone involved with the trade fair (such as stand constructors, agencies etc.).

Advanced setting-up - cost per day 780€

Normal setting-up - free of charge
24 June 2020, 00:00 hrs, around the clock until 26 June 2020, 15:00 hrs

On Friday, 26 June 2020, from 3 p.m., the aisles must be clear.

The dismantling free of charge starts at 30 June 2020 at 5 p.m. until 1 July 2020 till 9 p.m.

Please note:
On 30 June 2020 between 5 p.m. and 7.30 p.m., it will only be possible to carry out dismantling work on the stand itself because the time until then is reserved for removing the carpeting from the aisles and the distribution of empty packaging materials by the Logistics services. Dismantling vehicles will be permitted to enter the exhibition centre from 7.30 p.m.

Presse Center Interview Room

Here you can find services to support your press and PR activities for the trade, daily and business press during the Tendence.

We offer the following services:

The Press Centre is located in the ‘Torhaus’ building, Level 4, of Frankfurt Fair and Exhibition Centre. There, you can present information material, e.g., brochures, press releases, press kits, memory card / stick, etc., in our press display units, which will be labelled with your company name and stand number. Please note that the max. size for material is A4 and we recommend you provide approx. 100 copies. We will fill and replenish the units for you.

Please note that this service can also be ordered via Shop for Exhibitor Services.

Please let us know if you plan to hold a press conference or similar event on your exhibition stand. We coordinate all exhibitor press events and provide journalists with a list. Please note that you are solely responsible for organising and holding your press event and that we only coordinate the dates and times of the events. If required, we will be pleased to make available a suitable room for your press conference free of charge.

Notes for exhibitors

We would like to inform you that numerous suppliers have issued so-called "unofficial exhibitor directories". There are also e-mails in circulation that offer lists of exhibitors and visitors. Please pay attention to our information on this topics:

We would like to inform you that numerous suppliers such as Construct Data (FAIRGuide, Expo Guide), Matic Verlagsgesellschaft mbH and the online catalogue "International Fairs Directory" have issued so-called "unofficial exhibitor directories".

These directories have nothing to do with the official exhibitor directory as issued by Messe Frankfurt Exhibition GmbH.

The official exhibitor directory as well as all online media are strictly issued by Messe Frankfurt Exhibition GmbH in collaboration with Messe Frankfurt Medien und Service GmbH.

The billing of the booked online media is based on the respective trade fair event visited. The invoices correspond to the typical Messe Frankfurt Corporate design.

You can find more information about the so-called "unofficial exhibitor directories" on the home page of the AUMA, the Association of the German Trade Fair Industry.
