Ways in which presentations at the point-of-sale (POS) can turn interest into an intention to purchase are shown by Cedon, Designimdorf, Donkey Products, Gift Company, Good old friends, Nogallery, Paperproducts and Werkhaus in the Tendence Village in Hall 11.0. “The Village brings together eight potent brands with lots of ideas and new collections at the same location. With the Village, we give visitors the chance to take a short break from the hustle and bustle of the fair, as well as present our latest products and stimulate an interactive exchange of ideas and information between customers and companies”, says Tobias Pommerich, Marketing Director, Paperproducts Design GmbH.
In the Village, the companies show not only trends and new products but also creative ideas for the point-of-sale – from product placement to assortment compilation – which makes the Village not only a great source of inspiration for buyers but also a point of contact with the emphasis on the exchange of ideas.
EFSA trends for the coming season
For florists, Tendence is a wonderful source of inspiration offering a host of highlights and exciting supplementary product lines. Visitors looking for something extraordinary for their business will find the complete spectrum of the new decoration and furnishing trends for indoors and outdoors in Hall 8.0, Europe’s biggest exhibition hall.
In the EFSA Pavilion in Hall 8.0, visitors will also find the latest trends for the 2018/19 autumn / winter season. The new Trend Showcase has been designed exclusively for Tendence and shows four different colour and style tendencies. The EFSA trends have held an established place in the market for many years and are a source of inspiration for retailers from all over the world. The EFSA members taking part – Capi Europe, Edelman, Esschert, NDT International, Ter Steege and Van Der Leeden – show their collections and new products for this season. For example, buyers from garden centres and DIY markets can gain optimum inspiration for the coming year and place their orders on the spot. And, visitors needing a short break, can relax and enjoy a drink in the lounge in the heart of the EFSA Pavilion.

Tendence (30 June to 3 July 2018) is Germany’s most international order venue for the second half of the year.
