Messe Frankfurt cancels Tendence 2021
Due to the ongoing regulations to contain the Corona pandemic and the resulting ban on events and trade fairs, Tendence will not take place in 2021 for the second time in a row. Messe Frankfurt's online platforms in the consumer goods sector, Conzoom Solutions and Nextrade, offer national and international retailers alternatives for inspiration, trend information, ordering or assortment design as well as help for self-help in these challenging times until next spring.
Nordstil takes place in September 2020; Tendence follows in summer 2021
Green light given by the authorities of Hamburg: Nordstil will be held from 5 to 7 September 2020 in Hamburg. In Germany, the first order date for the consumer goods industry since the outbreak of the pandemic is thus set. Due to Corona, the popular order platform will take place without special presentations and complementary programmes this year. Tendence will be held in the summer of 2021, in the temporal proximity of the first Frankfurt Fashion Week. The Frankfurt Fashion Week will celebrate its premiere next year when the fashion fairs move from Berlin to Frankfurt.
Tendence 2020 cancelled
In response to the worsening situation concerning the coronavirus pandemic and in view of the current challenges facing German and European retailers, Tendence 2020 has been cancelled. This means that Nordstil in Hamburg, from 25 to 27 July 2020, will be the first opportunity for pre-order suppliers for spring and summer 2021, as there will be no other order trade fairs for these product lines this year.
